Delivery

Your purchase will be sent Via Australia Post where possible.

We offer local pickup in the Townsville region and shipping within Australia only. 
 

Note: if you elect to use this service, the agreement is between you and Australia Post, and Little Details Photography takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items due to the use of this service.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network, you can find out more on their website.
 

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items or if you would prefer we can arrange to send when they arrive in-stock. Please note that the catalogue of listings on our site is indicative of our in-store range but is not always updated to reflect stock availability – please give us a call with any queries .

Your order will be sent as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours. Please note we send orders Monday – Friday. Once the product is shipped, please allow 3 -5 days for processing and 3 -5 days for delivery when shipping express. These timelines are subject to Australia Post.
